Okay, so here's a quick little beginners guide to getting up and running on @oddwonderful at https://t.co/pCud0dtyal, what I've been enjoying, and things to try out if you're logging in for the first time and not sure where to start.
UNCONFIRMED REPORTS:
Australian Federal Government will be implementing the โPetrol Rationing Planโ which would limit Australians to $40 for each purchase of fuel in early April if the oil situation from the Middle East isnโt resolved.
Essential services such as Police, Ambulances, firefighters, taxis etc would be exempt
The plan has the overall approval already with the National Oil Supplies Emergency Committee (NOSEC) but to move into effect - Federal & State Energy Ministers, ExxonMobil. BP, Ampol would all need to agree to its implementation if they believe that fuel supply is inadequate
It would then require Mr Bowen advising the federal government and Governor-General on the need to declare a national liquid fuel emergency and the Governor General would then make the declaration which would then give Mr Bowen the necessary powers

*I actually hold more ETH than SOL from a value perspective & see a benefit there, but think the SOL use case rockets it one day.
From a day to day use it seems way more suitable. 650x the cost to MAYBE have the transaction complete...no thx ๐ And that was a cheap ETH gas fee!
Found a small amount of ETH in an old MM wallet so figured I'd move it to my other holdings.
$0.95 to (probably, maybe?) process vs $0.0014 on SOL.
Transaction fees shouldn't be a consideration.
That is why I'm bullish on SOL. Quicker, easier, so much cheaper for everyday use.
Sharing a little win - absolutely minuscule for most, means a heap to me though.
I noticed the first Amazon Commission on a little website I setup a while back! It's not ranking well yet, & I'd wound back my time on it, but this is a nice little incentive to keep going ๐ฅณ
@Cerls13 Only up from here ๐คฃ
Honestly though, nice to see some validation of work and a basic vision that I had. Helped 1 person more than I expected and got a buck more than I anticipated so I'm happy ๐
A quick shoutout to @NicheSiteLady too - I came across your account at the tail end of the build and your newsletter and your account & posts here have been a valuable resource ๐
I'd not had much time/motivation since and it wasn't ranking as well as I'd hoped, so it went on the back burner after my initial fixation. Seeing this little new green line has given a nice boost to my enthusiasm to keep working on it and spreading it out to the world shortly โบ๏ธ
