Neighbors kept fireworks going until 2AM (not talking sparklers, I mean big ass fireworks)& now Lou is too terrified to leave her crate to go outside this morning. Outside has been a place where she's felt most confident & now she's so scared. Fuck fireworks. I'm so fucking mad.

Our new doggo Lou has been having a tough few weeks adjusting to her new life. She hasn't spent much time living inside a house before & everything is new & scary. Today she came out of her crate & asked to snuggle. I'm so proud of her 🥺

Dog meeting was a success today, and we've brought home our new girl, Lou. I love her already. She's sensitive and scared right now so no pics till she settles in a bit. But omg she is so beautiful.
