@spawndgg A poker-inspired RPG roguelike, with 3-hand strategy battle.

Would mean a lot to me to have your support.
A player told me he was very close to beating the first boss. Annoyed and having fun at the same time. He started a new run right away.
That is the part I wanted. I just did not expect the feelings I have when really hearing it from the players.
@GamewithDave Hey Dave here's the trailer of my game, a strategy roguelike with RPG elements. It'd mean a lot to me if you can help Handslayer reaches more players.

@AUTOMATONJapan It's nice to see not only me is inspired by Balatro to bring up a new mix of genres. Do the stickers modify the mechanics of the card, or just the score?
The part I left out: Handslayer is not always an escape after a long day at work, haha. Some nights the enemy locks three perfect poker hands, the lanes resolve left to right, and there is no way out of the run. I hope you will still reopen it five minutes later. If you have ever loved a game that did that to you, I would like to hear which one.
I never shared why I'm making a poker-inspired RPG roguelike. Today I will.
I grew up on strategy games and RPGs. Balatro and Slay the Spire later ruined me in the best way: simple rules, and every run still finds a way to surprise you.
Handslayer is the game I wished sat between them. Every fight is three poker hands at once. A small party, three lanes, and a quiet night that turns into one more run.
Still learning how to make it fair. If that sounds like your kind of trouble, I'd be glad to have you along.
@IndieGameJoe Needed this tonight. I'm building an RPG roguelike poker so someone can leave a hard day behind…
...then the enemy locks a flush, a full house, and a straight across three lanes and suddenly there’s no way out of the run either.🤣
Still fixing bugs. Keeping that feeling.
