We bought a 2018 #fordraptor and it’s my daily driver. @Ford I’d like to know who do I blame if something happens while I’m transporting my 4 week old infant and my 5 year old as a result of a problem you as a company know about and refuse to actually fix?
@cocoathebaddest My dude was naked for like 2 weeks, he wound up pooping on the floor twice, and then we went swimming at someone’s house and he needed to go so I just explained to him it needed to be on the toilet. Idk how they say boys are easier to potty train. It was a nightmare.
Think about something you did in the past that you have guilt about. Replay that memory, but hold it with compassion. Allow yourself to be kind and forgiving to yourself. Feel that in your body. Notice what comes up. Rinse and repeat. This is growth.
I see so many people tweeting about how hard parenting is and making jokes about how they can't wait for their kids to get grown and moved out.
I avoid these people.
Imagine how their kids would feel if they saw those tweets.
Never undercut your family.
Very few people care about you, think about you, and/or talk about you.
That should give you hope.
Most people won’t pursue their dreams because they’re worried about the perception of others.
No one cares.
Go.
Things to give less fucks about: yesterday's fails, who/what your ex is doing, other people's opinions of you, "shoulds," people who don't value you, superficial friends, what could have been, everything you don't have, gossip, rejection, and whatever doesn't make you feel alive
Tired...drink water.
Bloated...drink water.
Headaches...drink water.
Constipated... drink water
Me: does everything but drink water. Why do I do this to myself 😑
