For Starters, yes the case was Delayed again, this time to the 22nd!

Personally - I think this is bullish… with the crypto clarity act happening TOMORROW! I’ll explain why, but first…

This is why we’re all here in the first place, we’re here because we all found this INSANE. How can they continue to push this off get refuse to go to trail & now you’re getting a LIVE VIEWING OF IT!

We’ve been here for about a month. However, this injustice has been happening for SEVEN YEARS!

We need to be louder than ever for the pardon or charges dropped. The DOJ is already hinting at dropping charges - and now the Crypto Clarity Act from Trump is tomorrow.

The Crypto Clarity Act gives CLEAR RULES & Regulations around Bitcoin & Crypto. The biggest of which is what classifies something as a Security or Commodity.

If you remember correctly , the laws they used to indite Joby was that BITCOIN WAS AN UNREGISTERED SECURITY

Now there’s about to be CLEAR LAWS that would prove against that.

Also remember Joby’s case had ZERO VICTIMS!

In my personal opinion, there is NO BETTER story for the DOJ to pursue than freeing Joby now that Clear regulation is coming.

Joby is already walking free in my mind , we’re just waiting for the law to reflect that.
