Sitecore surveyed 200 marketing executives about their digital maturity. Usually these studies suffer from Lake Wobegon effects: everyone is above average. 😀 These results tell a different story. Most of the marketers who responded feel they have quite a ways to go. Which is the first step towards getting there.
(I'd also humbly suggest that this reflects Martec's Law: technology changes exponentially, but organizations change logarithmically. The gap is widening, and it's a real challenge.)
