@Modern_Coast Don't book ,poor unserviced buses that delay .I book a bus to kisumu from mombasa of 4:30pm and had to wait until 10pm only to be refunded and told the was no bus coming.#shutmoderncoast

I left Rwanda on 22nd 7pm and arrived in Nairobi today 24th 5pm that too after seeking alternative transport at my cost. Our bus broken we stayed 14hrs at busia with no security. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

@ntsa_kenya @kipmurkomen who is going to listen to our cry? We stayed from 23rd 6pm to 8:30am with no security and all their office numbers werent working. The managers left us for the dogs, this is unacceptable especially for the foreigners who were on broad. KARIBU KENYA?

@Modern_Coast we are in KCL 001P from Kigali to Nairobi.Boarded the bus yesterday and we still on the road .The bus is faulty and have been stalled for close to 6 hours the entire trip with no proper explanation.Calling customer support with no help. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
