No hype. Just proof.
The fastest way to kill momentum? Waiting for perfect.
Ship ugly.
Ship small.
Ship now.
Progress > perfection.
👉 What’s the last thing you shipped before it felt ready?
3 quick ways to get feedback on your idea (without overthinking it):
1. Ask in a community where your users hang out
2. Do 2–3 “coffee chats” and just listen
3. Share a 1-pager (landing page or even a Google Doc)
Feedback doesn’t need surveys. It needs real conversations.
It’s easy to think progress only counts when it’s big: a launch, a spike in subscribers, or a new feature. But momentum comes from small wins stacked on top of each other:
Sending one more email.
Talking to one potential user.
Publishing even when it feels like nobody’s watching.
