On 14th September 2024, at the Purdy Crawford Workshop on International Business Law convened at the @SchulichLaw by Prof @bisi_akins and @odeh_morris , our New and Emerging Researchers Group Deputy Lead, @AdedijiDamola , spoke at the roundtable on Racial Capitalism, Critical Race Theory, and the Canadian Knowledge Enterprise". Joined by @matiangai (Professor at the @UMBaltimore), Asad K. (Professor at the @uvic Faculty of Law), Chevy Eugene (Professor of Black Studies in Political Science at @DalhousieU), and Priya S Gupta of @mcgillu, his presentation focused on the impact of the global copyright law regime on inclusive education and vitality of African and Indigenous languages.
So much has been said about the phenomenal event @bisi_akins and @odeh_morris pulled together over the weekend @SchulichLaw I’ll echo it in photos.
