When I build I always have one or two cat cables to every room for future possible use and also large enough cable conduit for running additional cables if needed. Also conduits from exterior wall for infrastructure companies fiber/telco etc. But no matter how prepared you are there will always be something that will require some new holes and/or crushed walls 🙂
