Let me repeat that, a day is set aside to rape any woman you see outside somewhere in delta state and I’m talking 2026.

What happened yesterday in Ozoro, Delta, a lot of men/boys were out harassing, stripping, groping and trying to rape girls who came outside, all in the name of a so called “festival.”

Girls were dragged down from bikes, their tops & clothes torn, surrounded by dozens of boys grabbing them, assaulting them, while they screamed to be let go. I watched those videos completely horrified.

And what’s even more disturbing?
A multitude of men were there filming, laughing, encouraging it.

Not one person stepped in to stop it. But plenty participated one way or another.

I know we’re supposed to say “not all men”.

But in this particular situation , what exactly are we supposed to call it when it’s literally a crowd of all men enabling, enjoying, and taking part in violence against women?

This kind of “men are wired this way, women are wired that way” talk is exactly why so many people misunderstand intimacy.

Sèx isn’t automatically emotional for every woman, and it isn’t automatically emotionless for every man.
Human beings are more complex than biology soundbites.

Yes, desires differ. Yes, couples need balance.
But reducing people to “external vs internal organs” is not too good an explanation for relationship problems.
