- Very comfortable. You might even forget it's there
- Can start up up 12 hours
- No need to carry extra anything
- No need for underwear
- Once you get used to it, it's almost impossible to get stained
- Extremely cheap compared to the others

I had my menstrual cup for almost 6 years. That’s N14,000 for 6 years. Thats a ridiculous savings. Only threw it out cause my whole house had a mold issue and I didn’t want to take risk.

I just bought another from med plus. N12,500 last weekend. Thats another at 6 years. Also no trash, nothing to dispose of. Just pour down the toilet and flush.

I also have significantly less cramps, absolutely zero irritation, can swim, sleep naked and go out for hours without changing on regular days. I have one heavy flow day per period where I have to change once every three to four hours but most days I’m fine for up to 8/10 hours at a time.

Also with practice you learn how to empty your cup without spilling a drop so I can change in public toilets with zero stress.
