I saw this on the TL and I must share it because it is a commendable one.
250 units of expandable 2-bedroom bungalow with these complimentary facilities makes sense for ₦21M. The fact that it's rent to own makes it more affordable. Nigerians deserve affordable housing. Kudos to Gov. Dapo Abiodun
Also, a big thumbs up to my Yewa brother, the Hon. Commissioner for Housing, @akandejagz.

Someone texted me on this app that my department in ABU held the yearly orientation session for new students where they displayed my entire results from 100 level to final semester in order to motivate new students to succeed. My department admits over 250 students in its combined program in every academic session. During the same year, someone sent a snapshot of my story being presented by EU in Nigeria to use me as a motivation for new Erasmus scholars to succeed in Europe.
I am very proud of what this young boy from Lere village Kaduna State has become.

I asked our young engineers to create a prototype technology that could fix election integrity in Nigeria.
The way it will work is simple: voters come to the polling station, tap their voter’s card on an electronic tablet or machine, and the political parties for that election appear. They then tap to select a party, and fingerprint or facial authentication takes place.
Once that is confirmed, the vote is recorded in real time and also sent to a live server where everyone in the country can see it in real time.
This will be done in Enugu by our stars within the next 2 weeks.
They will build both the software and hardware components.
I’m raising a generation that sees solutions to every problem instead of dwelling too much on complaining.
I reached an agreement with some Sicilian farmers earlier this year btw (I tweeted about it).
Sicily has the finest olive oil in the world.
If you're a credible distributor & want direct supply of olive oil.
Reach out, lets do business.
Here is the direct translation of what she said in English:
My name is Hafsa Muhammad Sada, from the country of Nigeria, participating in the first category, the Seven Qiraat. My age is 21.
I am very proud and happy with my coming to this blessed Mecca to participate in the King Abdulaziz International Competition, which was held here in blessed Mecca. Praise be to God, it is enough honor for me that I participated in this competition for the first time with the girls.
I praise God and thank Him for this blessing, praise be to God. And I also thank the organizers of this blessed competition and its affairs. May God grant them success, guide them, and place this competition in the balance of their good deeds, O Lord of the worlds.
As for my story with the Holy Quran: I started memorizing the Holy Quran after I finished the first complete reading by studying the Mushaf (Quran) with mastery of it. I took four years in my memorization of the Book of God Almighty, and after that, I took one full year after mastering it and also revising it.
And after that, I joined the College of Readings, Al-Fajr College, there in Nigeria. So I stayed there, I think three years, I stayed there three years and after that, I finished a very few months ago.
Praise be to God. I do not know what to say regarding, for example, my story with the Holy Quran. It was a good and beautiful life, Mashallah.
It has some things (challenges), but you feel as if you are living with the Holy Quran; the honor is enough for you, and in it is tranquility, peace of mind, and comfort. Praise be to God, praise be to God.
We say nothing but praise be to God who guided us to this, and we would not have been guided had God not guided us. Praise be to God.
And in conclusion, we thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We thank King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and we also thank the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman. We thank the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif Al Ash-Sheikh.
May God reward them with good, and peace be upon you and the mercy of God.

This is one of the things I once spoke about in my post on “almajirinisation of marriage and relationship”. A man is expected to improve the woman professionally, academically, financially, and give her security. Fine. But who is improving the man throughout his life? If he dares to expect reciprocal growth, contribution, or even basic partnership in those same areas, he is quickly labelled an opportunist or “not doing enough.”
Respectfully, I refuse that model for my daughters. My job as their father is to raise them so thoroughly; educationally, professionally, financially, and in character, that no man will ever need to “improve” them. They will enter marriage as complete adults, not as projects.
Infantilising women is precisely what creates the ownership mentality. When a man believes he “made” her, he starts to feel entitled to own and control her. I will not raise my daughters to be anyone’s upgrade project or lifelong dependent.
I have launched the actual test of this AI Glass that I built to help blind people and people with visual impairments
I started testing it directly on the face of a person with a visual impairment to see how it would work in real life👓
And what amazed me the most is that after the blind person wore the glass, he said that for him, it was amazing

This project of mine is getting close to where I want it to be
