Dear Steavin @Steavihn thank you for the feedback.
It is rather unfair to your community to assume that tweeting about an issue automatically guarantees that it will be seen and acted upon. Governance does not operate solely on social media; that is precisely why government offices and established channels of communication exist.
I encourage you to formally write to the Ministry, where your complaint can be properly documented and forwarded to the appropriate department for necessary attention and action.
While you choose to air your grievances on social media, others are equally preoccupied with their own concerns, some of which are expressed through equally distracting and unproductive tweets. The more effective approach is to utilise the appropriate channels to ensure that your concerns receive the attention they deserve.
