@SawyerMerritt@CharlesSchwab will not even tell you why you are not eligible for the COTP for the SpaceX IPO. Not in the message nor when you call customer service. The agent sounded annoyed
I am proud to announce that I have successfully completed the world’s first USA coast to coast fully autonomous drive!
I left the Tesla Diner in Los Angeles 2 days & 20 hours ago, and now have ended in Myrtle Beach, SC (2,732.4 miles)
This was accomplished with Tesla FSD V14.2 with absolutely 0 disengagements of any kind even for all parking including at Tesla Superchargers.
Where is the fleet of vehicles with the hardware already installed to collect the data? Of Revian's 152,638 fleet, how many have the hardware necessary to collect the data needed?
How Rivian's Autonomy compares to Tesla FSD, $RIVN $TSLA https://t.co/G8wkDx9QPK What Rivian did was a demo in a tiny geographic area. This is not even V11 of Tesla's FSD in terms of polish. Yes, Revian is using all neural networks, and V11 had mostly heuristics.
Remember, Tesla's FSD versions V12 to 14 were wide releases, and they have vehicles without drivers in Austin. So saying Revian is a year behind is very optimistic when no customer has the product in hand. Where are Revian's data centres?
@fodiographer@Teslaconomics Hold on, are you saying that if you 39K then they can afford 43K as well?
..affording 43K then I can afford 47K
, affording 51K, then I can afford 55K?
When do I stop?
More people can afford a car at 39K than at 43K. This vehicle is to fill Tesla's unused production capacity.
@Yuva1s@Teslaconomics How exactly did they "blow it"? Not sure if you know that almost no base model cars are sold in dealerships, hence why the average selling price is about $40k when most models have an MSRP starting in the low to mid 30s
@elonmusk@SawyerMerritt@Tesla I don't think there would be sensor contention if the approach is the one that Tesla currently uses. That is, sensor data goes directly to the neural network with controls out. The problem is that no company has the data to try it.
@TranscendsIQ @Teslaconomics Why is a middle finger only vulgar and abusive to Ladies? I would think it would be offensive to both ladies and gentlemen.
NEWS: Bargersville’s fleet of 13 @Tesla police cars saves taxpayers about $80,000 a year in fuel costs compared to gas-powered police vehicles.
The town is saving enough on fuel to pay for two additional officers. "We just traded our first car in this year and we got $17,500 for a 2019 Tesla, compared to the $5k we get for our gas-powered police vehicles.”
@KoguanLeo I question the ethics opportunists, who in this case are saying Elon should not be paid because they see an opportunity to get a little more value from the deal after a 1000% ROI. Some are even stating that Elon sold options that he can't exercise to buy Twitter @fredlambert
Tesla Board Of Directors Chair Robyn Denholm has released a new video talking about the upcoming 2024 shareholder vote in June. “We are asking your voices to be heard and to vote for these proposals.”
.@ElonMusk took the riskiest pay package in history – and then hit marks that literally no one thought possible, including his detractors. When he signed the package, Tesla was trading at $20. It’s now near $190. The judicial seizure of his compensation is hatred of Musk, pure and simple.
After winning many battles in a long war against ICE, EVs have taken a few hits.
The ICE and oil industry have fought back. They brought FUD, telling people that EVs don't work in the winter, can't take road trips, and that a hybrid is the best answer.
Meanwhile the pro-EV forces, once united and resilient have been weakened and divided. Many EV drivers have now been brainwashed into hating Tesla more than the oil companies — a few years ago it was the opposite.
Auto companies, eager for any excuse to back out of of their investment commitments, are seizing on the opportunity to back away from EVs and tout hybrids — which still pollute just like gas cars — as the answer.
If the EV community can't unite and take back the story, the global adoption of EVs will be delayed. This is a call to arms for everyone who wants a future with clean air. I am conscripting you to join us in the great FUD war.
