We are so very lucky to have St Mary’s Church in our community. The children in key stage 2. loved telling friends and families the nativity story in church this week . Thank you @froggave for welcoming us again this year 🌲🙌🏻

So impressed with these performances for National Poetry Day 6NA
I wonder what @KarlNova will think ?

[Miss Anderson @HJAMissAnderson]

6NA relished the opportunity to celebrate National Poetry day on Thursday, exploring Karl Nova’s collection: Rhythm and Poetry.
We explored Nova’s use of fugurative langauge and attempted performing ‘I Write these Poems’ ourselves. #NationalPoetryDay

@KarlNova @HJAMissAnderson Can’t wait to read the new book - if you are passing through the midlands ever ….you are always more than welcome to drop in for poetry and a cup of tea 😎

[Kᗩᖇᒪ ᑎOᐯᗩ 🕶 @KarlNova]

@OdysseyTrust @HJAMissAnderson Awww tell them all I say a big thank you and I’m proud of them. I wrote that whole book for them to see poetry differently! I’m sure they’ll like my latest one too. Thank you so much for getting what my book is about and enjoying it with them!!

[Kᗩᖇᒪ ᑎOᐯᗩ 🕶 @KarlNova]

@OdysseyTrust It’s so amazing to see these young people interpret something I wrote on my own with such feeling and enunciation. This is amazing. Wow. They GET what I’m saying! Sometimes I worry if I’m doing too much with the words haha

[Annemarie Williams @OdysseyTrust]

@KarlNova Wait til they see you have commented on their performances on Monday morning!
You were one of our chosen poets for #NationalPoetryDay
The whole collection is amazing. Thank you for inspiring them. Maybe we will be cool by proxy on Monday morning ? @HJAMissAnderson
