We've started our trip with a lovely visit to Leicester Cathedral and we have learnt about Richard IIIs tomb and place of burial!

5NU are enjoying our trip to Bosworth Battlefield today! We have found out that Richard III was the last English king who died in battle! 👑 🐎

On Monday, we went to St Mary's Church and sang Christmas carols to go alongside the retelling of the nativity story! Thanks for having us @froggave @OdysseyTrust

We have been making frame structures in our D&T sessions over the past few weeks! We have used the techniques of joining and triangulation to keep our structures sturdy @HJAMrsEllis

We are so very lucky to have St Mary’s Church in our community. The children in key stage 2. loved telling friends and families the nativity story in church this week . Thank you @froggave for welcoming us again this year 🌲🙌🏻

We tested out the effects of water resistance on the surface area of objects in our science lesson today! We observed that the smaller the surface area, the quicker the object will move through water!
