@McAlistersDeli Horrible rewards biz model. Took away all points, no notification. Exp is 12 mo of inactivity, now claim only points from purchases count for inactivity. Wish I never referred anyone to this business and will make sure my company no longer uses them for catering.

@akaspacecowboy @SamsClub So you tell us no 2% for shipping because there is free shipping and now there will be a minimum for free shipping and still no 2%? How does that justify having a Sam's Plus? Not only will I not be renewing for any Sam's membership, I will be cancelling for a full refund.

@SamsClub How to get a hold of someone, anyone that can deal with Sam's Cash missing transactions? The help center points to Synchrony who transfers to Membership who transfers to Synchrony. Chat option dead link. Keep getting put on hold and been disconnected 3 times already.

@askpanera oDon't want any refund, Sharrington Square location, in Schaumburg, IL at 6:00 pm. There were barely any customers given the time so busy wasn't really an excuse. But product like that would not be used for a sandwich prep like that so they shouldn't sell it like that.
