@everaishamore@cecyliastalina@Daflopco@TeaKupps Not one but several messages were sent less than an hour before they met, along w/ alleged concealment. I’m not into victim blaming, but those facts raise questions. That’s why the presumption of innocence exists. If he’s cleared , who will undo the damage to his réputation?
@everaishamore@cecyliastalina@Daflopco@TeaKupps Yeah, hilarious. ‘We’ll rob him, take all his passwords, f*** him.’ So funny, right? I still don’t see the joke. If I had nothing to hide, I’d have handed over my phone and taken the tests. Anyway, the presumption of innocence exists, and justice should take its course.
@cecyliastalina@Daflopco@TeaKupps You could probably find other sources for free online, this story has been pretty widespread since 2023. I understand, really complex case anyway as it will probably end up in a he says she says or settlement. Hopefully justice will be served.
@cecyliastalina@Daflopco@TeaKupps I don’t know. She lied to the police, got caught asking friends which texts to delete, then claimed they were “jokes.” Funny where? No “haha,” no “lol,” no emoji. Nothing that suggests anyone was joking.
@monomoood Greenwood y a des notes vo, des photos, des preuves. Hakimi y a quoi? Pourquoi la meuf refuse le test ADN, la saisie de son téléphone? Comment tu expliques les messages d’extorsion avec ses copines avant la rencontre? Tu paieras très cher devant le créateur cette diffamation
@cecyliastalina@Daflopco@TeaKupps What about the texts between her and her friends stating « we gonna rob him », « take all the codes », « fuck him over » and the fact that she tried to dissimulate this to the police?
