On Oct 5, 2026, the Supreme Court DENIED CERT in No. 26-179 with NO explanation and NO merits ruling. The Court left the core constitutional claims completely unadjudicated: systemic property overvaluation → illegal over-taxation → an estimated $5.1 TRILLION in school-district bond exposure resting on a fraudulent tax base.
Denial of cert is only a refusal of discretionary review. It does NOT say the claims are wrong or the conduct is lawful. It simply leaves citizens with no court willing to decide the merits.
Formal notice has already been sent to the President demanding independent Executive review (including under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 & 242), record preservation, and investigation of the constitutional and public-finance risks. The debt and taxes keep compounding while courts stay silent.

This Sacramento cannabis dispensary says its products are taxed at a RIDICULOUS 38% rate and is demanding an audit of the money.

We looked into it ourselves and found that $350 million meant for substance abuse programs instead went to Democrat voter machines!
