Not only is Noah fighting a life-threatening condition but he is also special needs and started the day very quiet and with his headphones on. By the time we were done, he was nonstop smiles and laughter. @gmsDCSD

I’d like for everyone to meet Noah! Yesterday we had the privilege to partner with Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant Noah’s wish to hangout with the police and fire departments and explore police/fire vehicles. Such a fantastic and heart warming experience!
