@DKThomp I had an interesting chat with my wife today. We were driving to a store and going through a part of town with more homeless and clear drug issues and she said, "I wish there was something I could do." I said, "how about pay more for daily goods?" Will it work? Not likely..

We don't imagine that they will offer us any sort of refund for the time and cost. We have wasted since they've rented us a faulty vehicle nor will they take any sort of responsibility. Buyer beware, this company is simply awful. @slpng_giants

@indiecampers I'd like to take a moment to proclaim how terrible this company has been for us since we rented a van from them two weeks ago. Please keep in mind that we have owned two vans and rented from a different company last year, so we know how things should operate.

@slpng_giants After calling @WestJet to let them know that Air France does not have our luggage. They said when we arrive in Rome, if our luggage is not there, that it is Air France's responsibility. But, @airfrance never had it??!!

@WestJet I'm flying from Denver to Rome via Calgary yesterday. Flight from Denver is delayed when we land in Calgary WestJet says we cannot make our flight to Rome and put us on a flight to Paris.

If I was going to book a three leg flight to Rome, I could have saved hundreds of dollars. The representative on customers support tells me that this is no longer a WestJet issue and hangs up on me. This is ridiculous. @slpng_giants
