My neighbours leave their crap all over their back and front garden. Drives me insane. Not to be a snob but it lowers the tone of the area significantly.

@Justacarehomeg1 @dementia_physio That’s very true! It’s so easy to forget about the person at the centre when faced with something like falls and instead look at it methodically as a problem to fix. It’s getting a balance of keeping someone safe and being person centred

It also means being able to facilitate conversations and encourage friendships between residents. It’s all about knowing the people you support and being able to effectively play matchmaker
