@NexaExperience@Maruti_Corp Strugging with poor service from #PrathamMotors Nexa Sarjarura Road, #Bengaluru . This has been the experience for last two services(40&50k kms)and our #scross broke down right after servicing on both occasations. A sorry state of customer service.
@Maruti_Corp Do you people do anything after taking contact details from customer..!It's been 21days since vehicle broke down after poor servicing and you poeple are taking your own sweet time to take action. Another example of poor customer response from #MarutiSuzuki#scross#prathammotors
@Maruti_Corp Hi, have already discussed with customer care during feedback call and complaint request(case-71625699) was also logged. I have been following up the same for last two weeks but looks like case was logged just for the sake of it. You can reach me here for any further inputs.
@BloreVaccine Continue it if possible. There are many slots available but your notification helps. I booked my 2nd jab seeing your notification only. Now we have little luxury to choose preferred slot and location and that we find out through this bot only.
