Habits = mental shortcuts. In a specific context -> you do a certain response. So after a while once you have formed a habit and then you just have to be in that context and the response comes to mind. @ProfWendyWood#HabitDay

Mindfulness goes beyond meditation. There are other practices that could cultivate mindfulness, the trick is to find the right one for you.
The second lesson learned from #habitday and @Headspace is amazing!
Don’t ask people what they want to learn.
Ask them what they’re trying to do but aren’t able to efficiently or effectively.
Ask them what they want to be doing.
Engage in dialogue about their work and ambitions.
The ‘learning’ conversation is a misnomer and a distraction.
