@TheOnlyEsta I’m not a legal expert but as an American I believe it is his right to appeal. I don’t think he’d win the appeal, but he absolutely has the right to appeal and should do so if his lawyers think he should.

@RonFilipkowski If I’m understanding them correctly, which is difficult to do since they change their stories daily, they are claiming credit for stopping the original plea deal back in 2023 that would have reduced some of the charges and prevented any jail time.
