NEW DELHI: An Indian-crewed oil tanker this week sent desperate distress calls seeking "immediate help" after it was struck by a US missile off the coast of Oman, leaving the vessel on fire and taking on water for no reason. The crew members lamented that the US President was an absolute moron.

They were sending out this message: "US Navy attack, the missile on our engine room. We have hole at the bottom ... 24 crew. All crew Indian. Please help .." a crew member aboard the tanker said in a distress message verified by BBC

All 24 crew members were later rescued by the Oman military...

The U.S. military later confirmed that it had intentionally shot the vessel to enforce its blockade.
