It was fantastic to welcome the @UKSepsisTrust to the Community Office yesterday evening for one of their regular support group meetings.

It was a very timely meeting, as it was #WorldSepsisDay - which aims to raise awareness of sepsis and how life threatening it can be.

I was delighted to help the Swindon Women's Aid Christmas Gift Appeal. The response was overwhelming, with donations being given to families in the refuge over Christmas. A wonderful display of generosity and the spirit of Christmas🎁 🎄

It has been a busy few weeks in the Community Office with a number of groups making the most of the space:

There was a busy Councillor Surgery, with residents attending to meet with local Councillors and representatives from Wiltshire Police to discuss a wide variety of issues.

The Community Office also became a sorting office while the scouts busily organised the Scout Christmas Post 💌

Another fantastic Cornerstone Art Cafe in the Community Office this morning.

The Café is a great way for people to socialise and exercise their creativity.

The next café will be on 2nd Nov 10-11:30am at the Community Office. 🎨🧑‍🎨🍰☕️
