Yesterday, @NGAAF_KE , under the leadership of our Patron Hon. Fatuma Mohammed, visited Gokeharaka Getambwega Ward, Taragai Ntimaru East Ward, and Nyabasi East Ward in Migori, to support ongoing community empowerment efforts through the Wezesha Mama, Inua Jamii initiative.
We were proud to deliver empowerment items including tents, chairs, football uniforms, and umbrellas, aimed at uplifting women and youth groups in these areas. In addition, three community groups each received Kshs. 100,000 in NGAAF grants to boost their economic activities and strengthen local development.
At NGAAF, we believe in building sustainable livelihoods and supporting grassroots initiatives that empower women and youth across Kenya.

We will replicate the Mumias Sugar recovery strategy in modernising Sony Sugar, making it more efficient. We will bring in new management that will put cane farmers’ interests at the centre of Sony’s operations.

During the groundbreaking for the Alara Nyambija Livestock Training Institute in Awendo that will support livestock farming in Migori County.

The new Institute will be powered by the reliable and affordable power supply that we also commissioned in the region, serving more than 25,000 households in the County.
