Oluremi mi, @SenRemiTinubu
Today, I celebrate the woman who has walked beside me with patience, grace and uncommon courage.
Àwọn àgbà sọ pé, “Ìyàwó rere ni adé ọkọ rẹ̀.” A good wife is her husband’s crown. The Book of Proverbs, which you know far better than I do, also speaks eloquently of the worth of a virtuous woman.
You have given these words true meaning in my life. You have stood by my side through every season.
The burdens that were mine to bear often found their way onto your shoulders. The thoughts I could not put into words somehow found their way to you.
In difficult times, when the future was uncertain, you stayed calm beside me and prayed with me.
Through all these years, you have remained the one who truly understands me.
More often than not, you sense when I need counsel before I ask. There have been nights when your presence alone was counsel enough.
I call you my truest friend and confidante because you speak the truth plainly, even on the days I would rather not hear it.
After a demanding day, you wait until we are alone before telling me what I need to hear. I have always cherished you for that honesty.
Our home bears the lasting imprint of your devotion. Our children and grandchildren have grown beneath the shelter of your prayers. They carry your values of faith and kindness wherever life takes them.
Nigerians know you for your compassion, kindness, generosity of spirit and steadfast faith. I have watched you touch lives quietly and consistently, offering hope and support to those in need.
From the New Era Foundation during our years in the saddle in Lagos to the Renewed Hope Initiative today, your care has reached many young boys and girls, widows, elderly citizens, and women farmers across the country.
Those affected by tuberculosis or any disease at all have found in you a compassionate advocate and a determined champion.
I know the prayers you offer for people whose names you may never know. I also know many whom you have helped without ever meeting them. For you, compassion has never recognised the boundaries of tribe, region or religion.
A long journey teaches a man the true value of a good partner. We have travelled a long road together. I think of the difficult decisions we talked through for hours and the sacrifices no one else saw. Laughter and prayer carried us through many of them.
If life returned me to the beginning, I would choose the same road that led me to you. Through every mile, my heart has always remained at home with you.
I thank you for the life we have built and the love that has held it together.
Happy 66th birthday, my darling Oluremi. I pray that God Almighty will grant you many more years in good health and joy.
May the years ahead bring you the same comfort and happiness you have so freely given to me and many others.
With all my love,
Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President, Federal Republic of Nigeria

It was a great engagement with the Administrator of the National Judicial Institute (NJI), Hon. Justice Babatunde Adeniran Adejumo, OFR, and his delegation at the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja. Our discussions centred on deepening institutional collaboration in legal and policy frameworks, capacity building, human capital development and knowledge exchange.
I shared the progress recorded by the Energy Commission of Nigeria in advancing Nigeria’s sustainable energy transition, including the National Energy Policy (NEP), National Energy Master Plan (NEMP), ongoing solarisation projects across public institutions, and the recent commissioning of the Barefoot Renewable Energy College (BARECKS) in Kogi State.
The engagement marks a significant step towards stronger collaboration between the ECN and NJI. I am confident that by bringing together our respective expertise, we can strengthen the legal and institutional foundations needed to drive innovation, build capacity and accelerate Nigeria’s sustainable energy development.

President Tinubu has always been clear: governance must reach the grassroots
As far back as the 2025 APC NEC meeting, Mr. President charged governors to “wet the ground more” and ensure Nigerians feel the impact of government. This is not a new message, but a consistent call for performance, accountability and people-centred leadership.
Commendably, President @officialABAT continues to lead by example and hold leaders accountable
I commend His Excellency, the Governor of Imo State, Senator @Hope_Uzodimma1, and the team of medical professionals whose expertise and dedication made this groundbreaking achievement possible. The successful robotics-assisted surgery at Imo Specialist Hospital, Umuguma, is a remarkable milestone that demonstrates the growing potential of technology to transform healthcare delivery in Nigeria.
As we advance modern healthcare, we must recognise that reliable and sustainable energy is essential to powering innovations such as robotic surgery, advanced diagnostics, and sophisticated medical equipment. This milestone reinforces the Energy Commission of Nigeria’s commitment to promoting energy solutions that strengthen critical sectors like healthcare and enable better outcomes for our people. Congratulations to the Government and people of Imo State on this historic achievement.

Obidient are angry with Gov Adeleke for endorsing @officialABAT. They want to reap where they did not sow. Very soon their eyes would clear when @PeterObi endorses President Tinubu.
Today, Nigeria made Africa and the world proud. I am delighted to share that the Barefoot Renewable Energy College (BARECKS) at the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Kogi State, a landmark project of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), has been commissioned by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, ably represented by His Excellency, Vice President Kashim Shettima, GCON.
As Africa’s first purpose-built institution for practical renewable energy education, research, innovation, and workforce development, modeled after India’s renowned Barefoot College, the Barefoot Renewable Energy College (BARECKS) is a flagship initiative of the Energy Commission of Nigeria that provides practical renewable energy training to Nigerians, irrespective of their educational background.
By combining hands-on technical training with university-backed research, the College bridges the gap between non-formal skills acquisition and academic innovation. It features world-class facilities, including smart classrooms, renewable energy laboratories, photovoltaic and solar thermal workshops, battery storage and power electronics laboratories, mini-grid simulation platforms, wind and bioenergy training facilities, electric vehicle charging modules, and energy efficiency laboratories.
I sincerely appreciate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@officialABAT), GCFR; His Excellency, Vice President Sen. Kashim Shettima (@officialSKSM), GCON; His Excellency, Governor Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo (@OfficialOAU); the Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr. Kingsley Udeh, (@KingsleyUdehSAN); the Honourable Minister of Steel Development, Dr. Shuaibu Abubakar Audu; former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello (@OfficialGYBKogi); Former Attorney General of Nigeria, Mohammed Bello Adoke, SAN; the Vice-Chancellor of CUSTECH, Professor Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu; members of the National Working Committee of our great party, the APC; and all our partners for their presence, support, and kind words, which continue to inspire and encourage the work we are doing at the Commission.
This landmark achievement marks the beginning of a new chapter in Nigeria’s renewable energy journey and a brighter future for generations to come.

So many promises made in the Renewed Hope Manifesto have been fulfilled by President Tinubu led administration while efforts have gone far in achieving others.
@PBATMediaCentre broke down some of these promises and their status in the image below.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu welcomes the US President's commendation of his efforts so far in stemming the tide of insecurity.
Several months ago, our both countries agreed to a security partnership to deal decisively with the issues of insecurity because of the shared destinies of both countries. Today, everyone can attest to the fact that we have made appreciable gains. President Tinubu will not rest on his oars until our land is free from these daredevils.
The war against insecurity is a battle already being won, and this is an incontrovertibe fact
We enjoin the media to continue to show support for the administration's efforts in curtailing insecurity; at least, we all agree this is our country, and we must protect it at whatever cost
“The future of Nigeria’s energy sector will not be built by chance, but by young leaders equipped with the knowledge, courage, and innovation to create lasting solutions. Through MAELF, we are investing in the people who will power that future. The certificates they received are not the destination, but a reminder of the responsibility they now carry to lead with integrity, pursue excellence relentlessly, build transformative solutions, and leave every community better than they found it.” — Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi

Earlier, I spoke with the BBC Hausa service on the gains of our administration. The pain is temporary, but the gains will last. I believe President Tinubu’s reforms are necessary to rebuild our economy, strengthen infrastructure, and improve security. We inherited tough realities, but we are committed to easing the burden and delivering lasting results.
WOW, Is it ChatGPT or Grok that Babachir Lawal used in writing the ratio decidendi of his resignation from ADC? What he said about the candidate of ADC (if validated or verified) is scary and will undermine the national security of Nigeria.
The NDC that Babachir seeks to join also has a candidate whose ideological beliefs about democracy and good governance is equally a flawed thought-process and repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience. (You need to hear in Babachir,s own words on Arise primetime and channels Tv interviews about Peter Obi which aired only few weeks ago, to understand what in law we call “confessional statement”
Just two or three months ago, these people were talking about how they were made from heaven as one indivisible and indisoluble coalition sent by God to come and rescue Nigeria; and alas all their intentions and plans have been exposed.
With this, the choice for 2027 has never been more clearer. President Tinubu in all honesty is a million miles ahead of them. Take this to the bank and cash it.
I joined CNN correspondents to discuss the successful joint operation carried out by the Armed Forces of Nigeria and the United States military which led to the elimination of Abu-Bilal Al-Minuki, a senior ISIS leader.
I reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to deepening intelligence sharing and strategic security collaboration with global partners to promote peace and strengthen national security. Nigeria and the United States will continue to share intelligence and sustain ongoing efforts towards putting an end to insurgency. 🇳🇬 & 🇺🇸
Over the weekend, I joined the Hon. Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr. @KingsleyUdehSAN, for the launch of a 2MW solar mini-grid and 200 solar streetlights at Aliko Dangote University, and attended the National Launch and North-West Deployment of the Energise Commercialisation Now (ECoN) programme in Kano State.
I toured the ECN booth at the National Launch and North-West Deployment of the Energise Commercialisation Now programme, where the ECN showcased policy documents and locally fabricated technologies.
From the North-West Centre in Sokoto State, we presented solar PV innovations, including a compact mobile generator, assembled modules, a solar-powered humidifier, and a ploughing machine, as well as solar thermal solutions such as a hybrid dryer, distillation unit, water heater, solar cooker, and a wind energy prototype.
