I don't think the @Our_DA realises what damage John Steenhuisen just did to their voter base with his @News24 Interview.
First, let's define the term "AfriMaga", considering John, with the help of Ryan Coetzee, coined the term.
In John's own words, "Afrimaga" are people who support the following organisations and who are conservative:
- Afriforum (300,000 members)
- Solidariteit (200,000 members)
- Sakeliga (Represents 12,000 businesses)
- SAAI (6000+ members)
So, according to John, if you support any of the above-mentioned organisations OR are conservative (right-wing), then John believes you don't share the DA's values and principles, as you are "AfriMaga" supporters.
He even goes further to say that some of you are "racists" and are the people who voted "NO" in the referendum.
I can say comfortably that John just directly insulted more than two million people who have in the past voted for the DA and would have potentially voted for them again.
He also says all of the above as the DA welcomes Cllrs from the ANC/EFF/MK into their party and deploys them as councillors. So communists and socialists are welcome in the DA, but not conservative people who support organisations like Afriforum and Solidariteit.
Don't believe me that this is what he said? Watch the video, and if you think I snipped this out of context, you can find it at the 34 minute mark of the original News24 video.
Declan Rice giving props to Ghana for defending because they know theyโre not as good as England which is normal in football.
Rodri wouldโve filed a complaint to FIFA that Ghana should be disqualified
@Saiba_bandit As a black man you'll be more accepted in white countries than in fellow African countries. North Africans see you as filthy, South Africa doesn't black "immigrants", and the Island countries because of their relationships with white tourists suffer an identity crisis.
BREAKING: ๐บ๐ธ๐ต๐ญ Protesters breached police barricades in Manila, advancing toward the US Embassy.
The demonstrators are demanding the US troops to be kicked out and opposing the expansion of US military bases in the country.
In 2023, Indonesia were stripped of the under-20 World Cup for refusing to allow the Israeli team entry.
Fifa's justification then was the vague "due to the current circumstances".
Quite a contrast to the hardline "FIFA is not involved in host immigration processes" now.
The USA is subjecting all the players from African and poor Asian countries to sniffer dogs and drug searches when they arrive in the USA and random searches at any time.
All the White teams get a pass.
The USA is such a racist hellhole, even worse than in the 1960s.
Hi darling @ToniKroos
You spent months criticizing Qatar and talking about every possible issue before and during the 2022 World Cup, yet it turned out to be one of the best-organized tournaments in history. Public transportation was free, fans could travel easily between stadiums some fans saw 4 matches in the stadium in same day, and the overall organization was praised by millions of visitors.
Now, when concerns are being raised about visa delays, strict entry procedures, and travel difficulties surrounding tournaments in the United States, we don't hear the same level of criticism from you. There have also been complaints about organizational decisions and match arrangements that many fans consider unnecessary or difficult, yet your voice is nowhere near as loud as it was when Qatar hosted the World Cup.
If your criticism is truly based on principles, then the same standards should apply to everyone. But when Qatar receives endless criticism while similar concerns elsewhere are met with silence, people are naturally going to question whether your issue was really about organization at all.
Fuck you.
giving the world cup to the usa was a stupid decision.
this tournament was supposed to bring the world together. instead weโre talking about shootings, visa issues, travel restrictions and whether fans from certain countries will even be able to attend
