@AskWorkspace •Case 74350220

I’ll need an update ASAP.

[Malcolm McChristian @officialTripleM]

@AskWorkspace I brought it to your attention yesterday. I also messaged you guys in DM’s and you were zero help. What’s the update?

[Malcolm McChristian @officialTripleM]

@AskWorkspace Am I going to get any actually help? My signup was blocked by the automated anti-spam system. I believe this is a false positive and would like the signup manually reviewed.

@AskWorkspace My preference is to use google sites and workspace, but if I can’t even get help with this, then I will start my site elsewhere and find a different provider for my email. This is such a pain for someone trying to use the product while actively taking my money.

[Malcolm McChristian @officialTripleM]

@AskWorkspace I used google sites and build my site, I planned on using google workspace to keep everything uniformed. This issue is, the first time I run into a problem (which was immediately) I can’t even get the help to get things up and running.

[Malcolm McChristian @officialTripleM]

@AskWorkspace I was asked questions for further investigation and there has been zero response since then.

[Malcolm McChristian @officialTripleM]

@AskWorkspace I still can’t set up my google workspace or my custom email with my domain.

I’ve asked numerous times for help, I’ve tried logging in multiple ways and it should not be this much of a headache for me. I would like more assistance with this issue than I’m getting.

@AskWorkspace I am a legitimate individual producer setting up Google Workspace for my new artist domain, https://t.co/7qwDAZxdyh. My signup was blocked by the automated anti-spam system. I believe this is a false positive and would like the signup manually reviewed.

Every overnight success you admire worked quietly for years before the spotlight found them.

Keep going.

The best productions happen when you let the song guide you, not the other way around.
