Hey all! Got our site pretty much finished up for a re-launch. We can be found at https://t.co/oqieTvB65C still have some touching up to do but the website is usable. This is where you will be able to find us once we're done with Etsy! Also enjoy this discount code to celebrate!
After 2 failed attempts, finally got a good fade pour for this order! Super happy with how it turned out!
First fail, poured thin from a cylinder (usually works ok)
Second fail, poured from a quart cup (purple overlapped)
Third. Poured from a quart cup trimmed so no overlap.
First pull of our new Clicker model! Tried to do a grayish pale flesh tone with vibrant flower colors. Could of turned out better but the negative turned out good which matters the most!
Muuuch better! Skin texture actually showing now and the details overall just pop more! Off to OC-MD Now! When we get back we will post process and cast!
Got our larger and smallest realistic models printed off on top of a much requested larger Grabber! So we should have those 3 new models plus 1 new sheath (skulls only) in our shop by friday!
@NineInchClawz It's safe. The tongue is not painted. The painted parts are the teeth, gums, and eyes. The gums and teeth may come in contact with you but are plat cure silicone. Delamination shouldn't occur with normal use. Bacterial issues shouldn't be a concern if the toy is properly cleaned.
(WORK IN PROGRESS)
Hoping to have this finished in the next few days. We're the furtherst from being professional painters, but we hope whoever gets this appreciates the amount of effort we are putting into painting it at least lol.
It's like a bittersweet get together before they are sent off to their rightful owners π₯Ή
Also don't forget! We have a 15% off sale through V-day! We also have express shipping which also puts you first in line to have your item made to receive it in time for your valentine!
@slurp_toys Most people say stay away from larger resin printers as your first printer due to high risk of failures. However, in our experience the m3 max appears to be very user/beginner friendly. We have had 0 fails with stock settings on the machine I'd say go for it!
@maybealynx Yes that can be a contributing factor. I think I mentioned earlier as well cross contamination with ease release. I've also noticed thin layers have more rigidity then thicker layers.
