The first week of InterChain Beta has been an important milestone for us, stability confirmed, economics tested, and the groundwork laid for the future of cross-chain infrastructure. With mainnet blocks minted, the network has shown it can operate sustainably even under light usage conditions, a key validation for long-term scalability.

A core achievement has been the implementation of the cGAS model, designed to keep InterChain economically balanced. After an early imbalance was corrected, the system is now operating with a positive flow of fees. This means the blockchain is already sustainable, and as adoption grows, fees will actually reduce for all participants. Lower costs mean a better user experience, stronger utility, and more rewards flowing back to node operators and the CFR ecosystem. $CFR

Looking ahead, the journey accelerates:

🔹 Beta 2: is expected to launch in the coming days. This phase opens the network to more testers with higher limits, allowing us to monitor performance at scale. It will also mark the beginning of $CFR incentive programs on Polygon, rewarding staking and liquidity providers for the first time.

🔹 Beta 3: will focus on the launch of cAssets, starting with $cDFI and $cUSDC, and the creation of new liquidity pools on @QuickswapDEX. This will not only prepare the system for full production but also unlock the utility of cross-chain assets within the ecosystem.

Each phase is building momentum: from proving stability → to expanding participation → to enabling real liquidity and incentives. InterChain is moving rapidly from concept to production readiness, and the economic framework to sustain it is already in place.

The next weeks will be about participation, incentives, and cross-chain assets becoming a reality.
