@LumoTravel Why has my request for a refund been denied when it is 8 weeks away and I was assured that I would get it before applying? I am no longer able to make the return journey anymore. Also, it’s impossible to speak to an actual person - no option on the phone.

@bt_uk Glad to see BT taking complaints seriously. Logged complaint and advisor supposed to review recorded call and ring back last Friday. Still no call. Contacted advisor again and guaranteed a call back today - still no call. Thanks for taking my issues so seriously.

@LNER Would I not be able to speak to station staff or the train manager? If I deferred my travel til Wednesday I would not have to amend my booking online. If I travel tomorrow then I will be subject to delays and cancellations and I need to in London for 1400 tomorrow. No delays.

@LNER I am due to travel tomorrow from NCL to KGX but due to speed restrictions and cancellations I will probably be very late for work. Can I travel on the last train tonight? Tickets are being deferred til Weds but I need to be on time.

@LNER Thanks. I book tickets every week as son as they come out and if they aren’t out just after 10 then there’s usually a problem.
