@ZenithBank did you do an upgrade that removed names off own accounts on the app, leaving users to guess the names of accounts that they own?? Una different o
Nigeria's wealth is bound to quadruple over the next decade. While we suffer significant economic challenges at the retail end of our national economy, we are being positioned for accelerated regional power in the long term. The US-Iran conflict is an unfortunate event ultimately as we all only just need peace (after all is said and done). Nigeria has no Strait of Hormuz dilemma. The future is Nigerian.
Someday, maybe someday in the future, we'd be able to tell that these devices are not limited to browsing algorithms. That indeed, for decades, they mind our maps and fingers and can pop up an ad for something that you've never directly browsed before. Our minds are in the hands of Tech. No way out.
@mlog23@Mbanire Can you be proud enough to share your state? So that we can know what is being better done by Wike. If they move forward from 1950, to 1960, is that not something? Nigeria is better than most African countries by far. But you guys just complain over almost anything. Sickening.
The need to argue everything is a sickening phenomenon. Did either Wike or the Hospital management make any comparisons between themselves? There is an open error of quote - not even yet admitted - and we are pontificating. The premise is false, has that even been corrected yet? What if the N51B is even for 5 terminals? We won't research nor admit error but then start preaching.
I certainly have interests in elections and how they develop, emerge and ultimately determine important courses of nations lives. I am however protectionist to a fault and thus remain amused at how elections in #Gambia are conducted. Simple use of marbles and pails. No risks of hacks, data erosion, or manipulation - just plain old, bullet proof.
As usual, Nigeria is currently approaching another escalated case of political misunderstanding. The debate about realtime transmission of election results is to me, a poorly aggregated issue. I have shared my personal opinion on this subject in national dailies, many years ago where I advocated ELECTRONIC VOTING as a path to clean elections. We should be able to vote from ATMs, POS machines, computers positioned in public spaces, and more remote options over a 2 week period of voting.
While I do not drink nor smoke, drinking or smoking cannot and shall not in my opinion constitute sin. I find no scriptural or moral basis to be convinced otherwise and will condemn no man who engages in either or both. I would however restate my personal conviction that less is usually more and that we must be deliberate about minimizing personal hazards, taking health risks and adopting sobriety for balance.
Beyond money, properties and luxury, I seek clarity of lifetime purpose as a more desirable human state. Knowledge and wisdom now are the real estate of value for humanity for mea a well, for in having these, a man shall now be able to sail the tempestuous seas of life, which is his natural fate.
The news about the intervention of the U.S AGAINST the coordinated evil ravaging our once prosperous northern Nigeria is most welcome ESPECIALLY given the fact that the 2 countries worked together to achieve this. We may not have visas as desired but it is desirable to have a peaceful NIGERIA so THANK YOU AMERICA!
For this moment, we must celebrate friends who share our common expectations of a PEACEFUL Nigeria. We must thus celebrate the men of the Nigerian military who have been on the frontline and foreign partners supporting them. Why take a life that you did not create? Why persecute another for not sharing your sentiments or faith?
The church should not be needing the protection of gun wielding members of the Nigeria Police Force. Pastors should not be in dependent need of escorts and bodyguards like the politicians do.
This version of religion is as ineffective as it gets.
I am going to Heaven and have clarity on that because it does not lean on the untested thoughts of another man.
And you really think that national TV is where a Federal Minster discloses the core technical issues and solutions being worked out by inter-disciplinary and multifunctional groups seeking to protect Nigeria? This is as naive as it gets man. What you have done certainly makes sense for education and engagement but to think that the Honourable Minister is bereft of this is subpar. The duty of the Honourable Minister is beyond the linear, overt run that folks like you and I enjoy and which we can get away with. When you are outside, it looks easy, run it frontally and you will know that the burden of governance is beyond intellectual sagacity or AI nuanced jabs. I am also concerned that you do not think that there is complexity around security contemplations (or the otherwise) of a national scale, and that it is not textbook or academic postulations that necessarily address the issues. I do not think that the Honourable Minister is well served by this and I hope that he remains focused on the primary focus of the interview - the 3MTT success story - which has now been overtaken by no less a worthy subject - security.
When we are no longer here, perhaps in about 9 decades from now, when increased knowledge would have dotted our understanding of the universe endlessly, we would find out that we are NOT alone in the vast expanse of the universe. All our beliefs would be reset, by just one discovery of extra terrestrial spermatozoa. Religion will kiss the dust finally.
