Such level of unspeakable unprofessionalism at its worst! Rwanda is heading for better than this. As a country that’s now about service rendering and yet some companies don’t really care about the quality of their services. @virungaexpress how shameful.
@rura@RURA_RWANDA please assist because sometimes we as citizens don’t know what our rights are in situations like these that sometimes most will bare consequences of such events because this is absurd really. Thank you.

So luckily I managed to have the meeting pushed a bit further away so that it allows me to make it in time. But what a shame really!!!!🤔😒🤔🤔🤔🤔.
@rura till what point will transportation companies/carriers fully respect abagenzi’s rights and
Such culture must be avoided! Transportation Carriers need to be reminded of the social responsibilities they have as per timely departures and/or at least providing necessary explanation to everyone on board because people can at least look for better alternatives in time.
the social responsibilities these companies must uphold because it’s not a favor they are doing us!!!! NOOOOO! NOT AT ALL! Rwanda promotes accountability and transparency and someone must look into it. I hope other companies can do better because I’m never choosing this one again
he was rather focusing on lettting me ask them before I can even tell him the whole version.
And now my question is to what extend must travelers rights be respected or receive proper explanation when necessary?
it’s a friendly call or whatever! So I expressed my frustration to the guy who picked up my call and asked me which bus station I was and so I told him and promised he was following up on that and he barely even wanted me to finish explaining to him
then I asked again “Ubwo abagenzi bataje ni kugeza ryari abantu bagomba gutegereza?!” As if anyone promised him anything at all.
So about 3:48pm, I decided to call the company’s number written on the ticket and first of all, you can’t pick up a work number assuming
When I asked the driver a few minutes past 3:30pm he barely even wanted to respond to me and said “WAPIIIIII” and that “Ubwo se ari wowe wahagurukira aho ko abagenzi babuze?!” Insinuating that they wouldn’t takeoff before the bus filled up
Brought me the ticket because they already asked me to pay up before hand and then grabbed the ticket after they had informed me the bus was taking off 15:30 and ended up leaving Muhanga past 4pm (30+minutes later).
because I had this work meeting. So here I am thinking I was only a couple minutes away from taking off considering the pressure of arriving at the meeting on time. Because they told me to board the bus in order for someone to get me the ticket from the ticketing office (VIRUNGA)
So I was trying to travel from Muhanga to Kigali and you know how these agents that always come running fighting to take you to their own carrier.
So what happened was I was so overwhelmed by the aggression but then I was like it’s fine so long as I get to Kigali
This world wasn’t built with the artist in mind. We know it. We feel it in our struggle to belong. Creating & expressing yourself through your art is crucial to your balance as a human existing in what often feels like a foreign land. Write, sing, dance, paint, speak your art🤍
Loved the entire creation process. I think we did a VN and the next dot or two - you two came over and we recorded it and you left. I woke up very early in the morning to work on the mix and an hour or two I got a notification from distrokid that @HorusRao had released the demo😂
" A million ways" was never actually written on paper. We voice recorded a freestyle and then went to the studio. We went to the studio and Horus insisted on one-takes.
I love this song because it was truly a moment in time❤️
