CYSS ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਵਸੂਲੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਾਲਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਓਫਲਾਈਨ ਚਾਲੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਲਜ਼ ਜ਼ਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਫੀਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ।

Studying for exams requires a conducive environment, which is the sole cause of building and maintaining universities. It has been 4 months since the unis throughout the country have been shut.Clearly d UGC guidelines and rationality are sworn enemies.

In light of the UGC guidelines, I can only imagine the plight of the students who come from a limited background and rely on university infrastructure (which has been unavailable to them for the past 4 months) to study.
