On Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025, I presented 500 motorbikes to agricultural extension officers in a brief ceremony as part of a broader initiative to enhance extension services and increase food production.

Yesterday morning, I inaugurated the newly constituted board of PBC Shea Limited, unveiling government's plan to revive the company and reclaim Ghana's position in the thriving global shea industry.

In a meeting with CSIR, I explored their leadership in transforming Ghana's agricultural sector through innovation, research, and improved seed production.

I emphasized the need to reduce reliance on imported seeds by developing high-quality, locally produced seeds.

During my working visit to Hattat Traktör's facility in Istanbul, an understanding was reached for the establishment of a tractor assembly plant in Ghana.

Hattat Traktör will provide technical support to our local partner, 10G Globaltech Ltd, to set up the plant.

During my visit to Rome for the 44th Session of the FAO Conference and the 6th AU-EU Ministerial Conference on Agriculture, I paid a courtesy visit to Cardinal Peter Kodwo Appiah Turkson at the Vatican.

We discussed extensively Ghana's agricultural development.

On Sunday, June 29, I had the opportunity to engage with Ghana's diaspora community in Italy following the conclusion of 44th FAO Conference in Rome.

Over the weekend, I engaged the media in Kumasi on Feed Ghana, the government’s flagship programme to increase food production, create jobs and drive our nation towards food security.

In Kumasi, I visited the poultry feed factory under construction by A2 company. It has the capacity to store and process 30,000 tonnes of maize and soya beans.

It will serve as a huge market for our farmers and contribute significantly to the poultry sub-sector

I paid a courtesy call on His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at Manhyia Palace on Friday, June 12, 2025 to seek his blessings as I engage the region on government initiatives, including the Feed Ghana Programme, aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and food security.
