Dear Colleagues, you are mostly welcome to read our article https://t.co/GnlmOIJrGG, Medical image fusion under diffusion-inspired multiframe super-resolution framework, published by EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing (Springer). In this work, we have established a general hyper-resolution framework for fusing medical images. The framework, unlike the existing ones, performs multiple roles simultaneously: fusion, resolution enhancement, noise suppression, and correction of temporal and spectral degradation. Results show that the proposed framework generates higher quality values, measured quantitatively through objective metrics and qualitatively by medical doctors from Global Health Uganda (Kampala, Uganda), Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania), Muhimbili National Hospital, Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania), and EMORY University School of Medicine (Atlanta, USA).

With the expanded 48-team format, the continent is finally getting the representation and opportunity it deserves.

In the 1980s people thought Computers were going to replace human jobs, likewise some think AI will replace humans daily jobs. This conception should always be ignored but we should embrace knowing different AI tools to improve the working daily environment. We must adopt it

The pace of Technology is immense. A number of innovations are at peak: including more modern non invasive imaging systems at a minimal use of Magnetic fields such as MRI/CT/PET/SPECT. The African continent should also embrace these techs by allocating significant budgets to the related sectors!

Alcohol & Diabetes:
If you have diabetes, alcohol can be risky—especially hours after drinking.
In Africa, diabetes causes about 216,000 deaths every year. That is one death about every 2½ minutes.
If you drink:
· Choose dry wine or spirits without sugar
❌ Avoid beer and sweet drinks
Safety rules:
· Never drink on an empty stomach
· Limit to 1 drink (women), 1–2 drinks (men)
· Do not skip insulin or medicines
· Check blood sugar before sleep
· Watch for late low sugar (6–24 hours later)
· Do not drink alone
If you have diabetes, the safest option is not to drink at all.

We TRULY Mourn the Passing on of Hon. W. LUKUVI, the very statesman in the Mainland & across the islands, his political domain roots back to political affiliations (CCM), leadership, and governance. Possibly I may dare to cite that he WELL knows the political field & Sites. His contributions to governance, leadership, policies, Guiding Bylaws/Acts/Regulations and constant energy over the past 27 years of active leadership can not pass unnoticed. Tanzania has lost one of the archive that amounts to history, briefs, organogram oversite and of course Political advisory. Go Go Senior leader ISMANI and other close constituency in Iringa Municipality will follow the book that you have earmarked & Spearheaded. From District Secretary and other Youths Wing to prestious positions that has amount to Tanzania Growth: Lands, PMO-policies, Parliament & Coordination, and PO-special Mater's, to mention a few.
I extend my Condolences to PM, Head of state, parliament and ISMANI friends. Despite some odds the bright flag will always MARK, BOLD, ASPIRE your contributions to the nation.

A pleasure to welcome Mr Jackson Peter Claver Mushumbasi and Mr Ambele Mwafulango of the National Public Health Laboratory, Tanzania, on a courtesy call to @WHOAFRO in Brazzaville.
We exchanged on strengthening laboratory systems, and I congratulated them on Tanzania’s NPHL designation as a WHO HIVResNet National Laboratory, which places the country at the forefront of efforts to monitor HIV drug resistance.
WHO remains committed to supporting countries to strengthen laboratory systems and advance progress towards ending the AIDS epidemic.
Magnificent Prof. Really Africa needs to exploit potentials of the member states to fight other epidemic & Pandemic diseases. A wealthier Africa will be a reality through collaborative efforts such as installation of Medical Mega-processing industries across African continent as the epicentre for African health, which has ALWAYS been your vision. We as Africa should also embrace advanced and emerging technologies such AI and expert systems in modelling/predicting/suggesting Dose uptake for some challenging diseases using Experts across the continent.
Dear Hon. @godbless_lema greetings, I would choose to disagree with you for couple of reasons:
1. I know you have been a close friend to @MsigwaPeter for decades, you cannot preempts every single point he argued regarding joining CCM party, try to agree to disagree with your colleague without conflicting his personal brand & his decisive charisma.
2. Since 1992, Multipartism was founded in our country, we have witnessed exponential & tremendously growth in terms political substance spearheaded by different party's Manifesto. You can not underestimate your colleagues contributions. Msigwa joining CCM should not be the severe reason for Irrational respect. You may just advice him without compromising his political rights.
3. The Rulling party cannot stand without Opposition parties, there has been a Mark line spearheaded by opposition parties including your party that Underestimate noble transformation bestowed by our country citing a number of benchmarks. I arge Opposition parties to consider providing operational frameworks that might guide well existing leadership without endangering Ones right of political affiliations. This nation will be built by powerful ideas and workable thoughts, underscoring set key performance indicators as dipicted in the set rolling five years strategic plans which are also benchmarked on every financial year strategic plans. Let us avoid debates that are personal-centered and focus on bridging the gap of digital divide and embracing personal & national sustainable development.
4. I Have been following commendable efforts you have devoted in advicing the country in a number of dimensions-well and good. However, I think there might be noble idea of politicing your politics without embedding irritating personal values declination. May High God guide and advice unconditional.

Africa faces a projected shortfall of more than 6 million health workers by 2030, while carrying about one quarter of the global burden of disease and only about 3% of the global health workforce. We cannot close this gap without sustaining our community health workers.
Pleased to join Dr @MekdesDaba, Ms Sewit Ahderom and Dr @JNkengasong at the inaugural Mastercard Foundation forum in Addis Ababa, and grateful to the Foundation for convening this important dialogue on strengthening Africa’s community health workforce.
I outlined WHO’s framework for sustaining CHWs, grounded in structured training, effective supervision, predictable remuneration and full integration into national primary health care systems.
Sustainability of the community health workforce begins with national ownership and sustained commitment. WHO stands ready to continue working alongside Member States and partners for #HealthForAll.
