It's really urgent for me to book another flight but @kiwicom247 is demanding extra processing charges. And still not clear if @viettravelair will pay me the full refund and that too within proper time! Worst side of travelling with these organisations. I’d never suggest anyone

@kiwicom247 @viettravelair My flight got cancelled due to the fault of the airlines and it was not my fault that your company will charge €30 per passenger as processing fees. The whole refund is what i am entitled to, any you are deducting 90% of the total booking amount. This is truely disgusting
