Update on my horrendous trip with @united 😡 been stranded in Miami since last night, my next available flight is Wednesday and not confirmed, my suitcases are lost and been on hold with United for over 4 hours.. it’d impossible to get in touch

I once got stranded on a plane in Hong Kong with a dead body and somehow this trip with @united has been 10x worse. Thanks for that United🙄

@united delayed my flight 10 hours. Rebooked my (originally) 14hr trip and now its become a 31hr trip. Staff has been so unhelpful AND they didnt even book my final ticket. Just went to @Avianca and they told me United didnt book it. 😡😡😡
