@Evri_HereToHelp Hi. I dropped off a parcel at a Parcelshop and the tracking card they gave me is invalid. Even the long tracking number in my Evri account hasn’t updated to say it’s been received at the parcelshop. Should I be concerned?

@senddhlparceluk My parcel was meant to arrive Tuesday now it’s saying Thursday even though I scheduled for Wednesday at a Service Point. Magically changed from Wednesday to Thursday. All the tracking has said for 2/3 days now is “Delayed”. Can someone help me with this please?
