@AmazonUK so I've just spoken to a team member who hang up on my face from customer service, yesterday the neglegence of amazon cost me £700 for my business and today it's costing me more. I've recorded conversations and emails that I am now going to use as proof

Open a case and make sure to receive compensations. Just know I'm sending all files recordings screenshot and what ever else to my solicitor for them to deal with. I've already informed that amazon has breeched many of their own clauses just by making guarantees they can't keep.
