Winning days can mess with you more than losing ones.
Losses slow you down.
You get careful. You start thinking again.
But after a good day it’s different.
You feel sharp. Like things are finally clicking.
And without noticing, you start doing a little extra.
Taking trades you’d usually skip.
Adding size you don’t need.
Entering a bit early because it “feels right.”
Nothing obvious. Just small shifts.
And that’s where things flip.
Not because the setup stopped working,
but because you stopped respecting it the same way.
It doesn’t feel like a mistake.
It feels like confidence.
That’s the trap.
The hard part isn’t making money on a good day.
It’s staying the same after it.
Showing up the next day
not trying to prove anything.
Just doing your job.
Still easy to slip into.
Do you notice your behavior change more after a win or a loss?
