Wonder if BA are on the way out here.
Seems like irreparable damage to reputation in how they dealt with this compared to other companies.

You aren’t addressing people’s issues, just telling me people politely to DM isn’t enough, I can’t use your manage my booking as I need to change bank card even for a refund,You have to call me or take calls or let me know in working that you take responsibility and backdate

I have a flight in hours which I need to discuss, I called yesterday and you told me I could move fee free but then gave me the normal customer service to call - no answer obv
@British_Airways I have sent you a DM, I need assurances from you here that you will be accepting responsibility if you can’t deal with my issue before my flight tomorrow which I need a refund/comp changes (as your colleague said on phone). He said to call customer service and that’s not a goer
