It's not the first time either, for any of that.

I love your food, but there is always a side missing, my add-ons charged but not added, or my doubles come as single patties.

I've probably, easily, spent $50 this year alone on food/add-ons I did not receive.

So, is it standard practice to not take a drive-thru order until the vehicle before you is driving away with their food?

Or how about getting a side of attitude for double checking an item was on the order?

And then leaving said item out of the bag?

@jasonthejoo I used to change windshields for a living. The amount of people this happens too is insane. Like, only 2% or 3%, but that's a lot to me. And evem higher seeing them again for a rock chip repair within a month.

It's not the glass, it's just bad luck lol
