संवैधानिक संस्थाओं को लगातार निशाना बनाना वाकई चौंकाने वाला है। लेकिन ये वास्तव में एक वैश्विक षड्यंत्र का हिस्सा ही। देश की जनता को समझदारी से काम लेना होगा अन्यथा कुछ देशद्रोही तत्व देश को देशवासियों के हाथों ही बर्बाद करवा देंगे।

CJI Surya Kant Ji not only destroyed Rahul Ghandy's attempt to Politicize Judiciary, he did it in style.

Reportedly, reasons given by CJI for rejecting meeting exposes Anarchist Agenda of RaGa.

1. Issues sought to be raised are already sub judice before Supreme Court.

2. Under Constitutional scheme, the Supreme Court cannot interfere with government functioning on its administrative side.

3. The leaders are free to approach the Court on its judicial side for protection of fundamental rights.

4. Similar matters are listed for hearing on Tuesday. Any petition filed by the leaders can also be heard along with those matters.

Sources clarify that the CJI has not expressed any view on the proposed march to the Supreme Court on Monday, since no such permission was sought in the letter addressed to him. That means if CHINDIs hold any such protest march.... it can be considered as "Illegal" & Delhi Police is free to have it's "Baby's Day Out" again today.

They are currently struggling at Stage 2 and attempting to consolidate it before advancing into Stage 3.

Key constraints so far:
▪️Inability to generate meaningful public support beyond core activist and ecosystem networks.
▪️Professional restraint and operational discipline by Delhi Police. Despite sustained attempts through deliberate provocation, misinformation, fabricated content, and pressure from Deep state controlled international media and human rights groups, no significant escalation in police response has materialized.
▪️Unfavourable timing. Navratri coincides with one of the peak shopping periods of the year; the protests are generating visible negative sentiment among traders and the general public.

Probable next steps:
▪️Heightened efforts to provoke a stronger police response, including the possibility of a casualty (whether through self-harm by elements within the mobilisation or staged attribution). A body would be leveraged to shift the narrative and accelerate escalation.
▪️Renewed attempts to secure physical space in Delhi rather than force a premature transition into Stage 3 without first expanding the base. Additional ecosystem actors are likely to be activated to broaden participation.
▪️A coordinated information campaign targeting the Supreme Court has been underway since Saturday. Given that the SIR-related petitions rest largely on contested claims and the Court retains the option of firm action against disruptive activity, pre-emptive efforts to erode institutional credibility are underway.

Current assessment: Government retains the initiative. Protest mobilisation remains constrained and is struggling to expand.
