Can you read? Your missing my whole point, in the us is hot all year maybe not everywhere but in a lot op places so you need an ac unit. In Europe its only hot like for 2 months a year so if everyone in the eu places an ac unit which they only use for two months a year its seen as a waste of money and once again portable ac units exist wich are way cheaper than a installing a whole system in your house.
