So I decided to use a whole pack of seeds of bok Choi and literally hundreds of plants grew. Looks like lots of bokchoi recipes lol 😂. What has people been growing?

I made stock from scratch for the first time. I used the carcass of the chicken I roasted. There was still heaps of chicken left so I am making chicken soup with it. The leftover verges will be used to make stock. Can’t wait to share my journey

The last few years has taught me we need to be more self sufficient. I’ve bought land and am currently waiting for the mini home so can’t really grow own food yet. Instead I’m trying making my own oat milk.
